I was looking for a specific kind of apartment when I knew that I was relocating to Colorado for work. The one I had been living in was really great for a lot of people, no doubt, but I felt that I was overpaying for things that I just simply did not use. I know some people might enjoy a complex that has two very large swimming pools, a state of the art fitness center, a large dog park, and much more, but I used none of those things. I wanted to look at Colorado Springs apartments that had nice apartments for a reasonable rate without all of the amenities that just make the price skyrocket.

When I first saw Summer Grove, I knew that it was going to be the perfect place for me. The first thing I did was look at the outdoor amenities. I knew that if it had all the things that most people like, that it was not the place for me. I was so happy to see that while the grounds are nice and well taken care of, the only outdoor amenity is a barbecue area that is available for anyone living here along with an outdoor play area for children.

There are different sized apartments as well. I liked the one bedroom ones, but it was just too small for me because I have a home office to consider. That is why I got a two bedroom unit. The price is still lower than what I was paying for my last one bedroom unit, and I have a lot more room to navigate around now too. While there are not a lot of amenities with this apartment complex, it is clean and well taken care of, and the apartment itself is really nice. I feel more at home here than I ever did with my last place.
